Overview
Our company started as a small one-man army in London in 2003 and has grown over the years to now employing 14 operatives on a permanent basis and several part-time workers to help us meet all of our customers’ demands. We see ourselves as a big enough entity to manage a large volume of work and benefit from our scalability by offering efficient processes and competitive rates. Being a family-run business also still makes us heavily involved on a personal level, being proactive to each and every one of our customer’s needs. We are your ideal long-term partner as our goal is to grow and deliver a great culture for our staff and clients.
Mission
Titan Cleaners’ mission is to become a one-stop shop for all cleaning needs of businesses and households alike and do it diligently and efficiently at competitive rates while remaining friendly and responsive to customers.
Vision
We see ourselves expanding in nearby regions of Oxfordshire, Surrey and Buckinghamshire within the next 2 years and implement many more systems and processes to allow us to be an eco-friendly business such as switching to all electric vehicles, use environmentally friendly products and electric equipment only and be 100% paperless. We also plan to introduce our in-house training facility and certification program to ensure our quality and work ethic is standardised and procreated across all operatives.
Services & Clients
We provide a range of residential and commercial services and have vast experience in both. Our main services are tailored to support estate agents with managing rental properties or preparing properties for putting them on the market and construction companies with helping them provide a sparkle cleanliness of premises at handover.
We also offer bespoke contract solutions for building and office management including cleaning communal areas, exterior cleaning for facades and pavements, bins and garage cleaning, grounds maintenance, handyman, decoration and other light maintenance and other.
Over the past two years we have introduced solutions to large short-let portfolio managers as a natural addition to our range of cleaning services and contract offers. Our scale of operation allows us to book such cleans on a short notice delivering required preparation between guests. We can also offer full servicing solution including provision of stocks and linen, pictures reports and more.
On top of our commercial and business customers we are proud to be serving many private clients and their homes or rented accommodation. Our established expertise and equipment range along with our systems in place allows us to be proactive, diligent and professional when dealing with residential requests and replicate the high standards we have established in the industry.
Systems
Over the years we have implemented systems for quality control and health and safety assurance and we obtained CHAS Premier Accreditation. We are members of the British Cleaning Council, the National Carpet Cleaners Association, the Federation of Window Cleaners.
Our next goal is to obtain ISO and OHSAS accreditation and we are nearly there. We are currently undergoing training courses with British Cleaners Association to gain additional certification and improve the quality of our work.
